Homemade Goo

Our discovery center got a new addition this week, homemade goo/gak.  The students are having a blast exploring what they can do with the goo.  It forms into a solid in their hand as they make a fist but when they open their hand it releases into a liquid and pours back into the container. 

Our Trip to the Park

Therese kept us very busy and having a wonderful time at the park.  We learned many interesting facts about trees.  We enjoyed our time outside in nature and we were very glad that the rain held off.  Please enjoy the pictures from our trip. 

PM trip postponed

It has been decided to postpone our PM field trip to the park.  We will go on Monday, April 15th. 

A note from Therese at Jefferson County Park

Ms. Therese said the ticks are out and wanted to remind all parents to check their children after their field trip as a precaution. 

Field Trip to Jefferson County Park

On Tuesday, April 9th the AM class will be taking a field trip to Jefferson County Park.  On Wednesday, April 10th the PM class will going to Jefferson County Park.  We will be going rain or shine so please dress your child appropriately.
